Please read this Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://www.ipctesting.org/ website (the "Website") operated by Integrated Psychological Connections (DBA, IPC), a Professional Corporation formed in Texas and operating out of Washington, United States ("us," "we," "our") as this Terms of Service contains important information regarding limitations of our liability. Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who wish to access and use the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.
Our offers and pricing
We offer services on this Website. The price of these services is customized based on your needs, which means that we will provide you with a quote after we determine your needs. This price includes all applicable taxes. Of note, we offer quotes for “focused” and “comprehensive” evaluations. If you choose to purchase a “focused” evaluation, your Dr. Amber Moreland, Ph.D., may recommend more testing after you complete the focused testing. It will be up to you whether you want to complete more testing and additional payment fees may be required.
Cancellation, reschedule, & return policy
IPC specializes in providing high-quality psychological evaluations with a fast turnaround to ensure patients receive the quality care they need as quickly as possible. To maintain this high level of service, we carefully schedule appointments to optimize speed and efficiency. Changes to scheduled appointments on short notice disrupt this process, delay care for other patients, result in unfillable appointment slots, and lead to lost revenue.
NO-SHOW, CANCELLATION, & RESCHEDULE POLICY
Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Purchase: Clients who cancel within 48 hours of paying for their appointment will receive a 100% refund, minus a $99 non-refundable fee to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations More than 10 Days Before Scheduled Appointment and/or Request of Evaluation Services to begin: Clients who cancel more than 10 days before their appointment are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $99 non-refundable fee to cover administrative costs and mailed materials.
- Why 50%? Changes to scheduled appointments on short notice delay services for other clients, result in unfillable appointment slots, and lead to lost revenue.
Cancellations within 10 days of the Appointment? No Refunds.
Reschedules within 10 Days of Appointment: Clients who wish to reschedule within 10 days of their appointment will be charged a $199 rescheduling fee to cover administrative costs and scheduling adjustments.
No-Show Policy:
- No Refunds.
- No Shows may be rescheduled once for a $199 fee.
Client's must pay in full for a new appointment, at Dr. Moreland's hourly fee, which is $225 per hour for non-legal related appointments and $350 per hour for legal/court related evaluations.
Late-Arrivals: Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may require a second appointment scheduled if the appointment cannot be completed in full within the remaining time available. A $199 late fee may be charged to cover additional scheduling and administrative costs.
Reschedules within 10 Days of Appointment
- Clients who wish to reschedule within 10 days of their appointment will be charged a $199 rescheduling fee to cover administrative costs and scheduling adjustments.
CareCredit: Please note that No-Show/Cancellation fees cannot be billed through CareCredit.
By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Guarantee of services
There is no guarantee the results of an evaluation will produce the desired results. Many people are unhappy when they receive a diagnosis of a mental health disorder but our goal is to provide an accurate diagnosis regardless of the patient's expectations and/or beliefs. We also can not guarantee how quickly the results and the written report will be available. Although typically results should be available within 7-14 working days of the evaluation completion (including collateral data review, some cases are more complex and it can take longer to receive the results. The written report will contain the results from testing, clinical interview, background information, and collateral records that have been provided. If there are errors in the report, they can be corrected in the appendix, but the content in the report itself and the conclusions drawn there within are solely at the discretion of the clinician.

No warranty on purchases

Remedies
You agree that the remedy for breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase shall be none. You also agree that the remedy for breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase shall be to pursue dispute resolution as provided in the “governing law, severability, dispute resolution, venue and class action waiver” section below. These remedies intended to be your sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase.
Prohibited uses
You agree that you will use this Website in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and these Terms at all times. The following is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited uses of this Website. You agree that you will not perform any of the following prohibited uses:
- Impersonating or attempting to impersonate Integrated Psychological Connections or its employees, representatives, subsidiaries or divisions;
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
- Sending or attempting to send any advertising or promotional material, including but not limited to spam, junk mail, chain mail or any similar material;
