The Focused ADHD Evaluation is designed to assess Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults. This evaluation is specifically focused on ADHD-related symptoms like inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity, providing a clear diagnosis and personalized recommendations for treatment.
- Intake Appointment: 1 hour
- Testing Length: 1 to 1.5 hours
- Collateral: One collateral interview (optional) or 25 pages of record review
- Diagnostic Summary: Includes ADHD diagnostic impression and recommendations
**Remote-Only Offering** This Focused ADHD Evaluation is offered remotely only via a secure telehealth platform. This allows for maximum flexibility and convenience, enabling you to complete the assessment from the comfort of your home while still receiving an accurate and professional evaluation.

Domains Assessed in a Focused ADHD Evaluation:
- Attention and Focus: Assesses your ability to maintain focus on tasks, stay organized, and manage distractions.
- Executive Functioning: Evaluates key skills like planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving.
- Impulsivity: Looks at impulsive behaviors, such as acting without thinking, interrupting others, or making quick decisions without considering consequences.
- Memory: Examines short-term memory abilities, such as remembering instructions, tasks, or details over time.
- Emotional Regulation: Assesses how well you manage emotions like frustration, irritability, or stress when things don’t go as planned.
- Behavioral Patterns: Reviews daily behaviors at work, home, and in personal relationships to understand how ADHD affects your life.
This evaluation is NOT appropriate if you:
Need a comprehensive mental health evaluation: If you have significant emotional or behavioral concerns outside of ADHD (such as severe depression, anxiety, or trauma-related symptoms), a more comprehensive psychological evaluation would be better suited to assess the full range of your mental health needs.
Are seeking a diagnostic evaluation for learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or complex mental health conditions: If you suspect conditions beyond ADHD, such as learning disorders, autism, or mood disorders, a combined or more comprehensive evaluation will provide a fuller understanding of your symptoms.
Are needing this for legal or court-related reasons: This focused ADHD evaluation is not designed for legal or court-mandated purposes. A specific court-related evaluation would be needed in such cases.
