Thanks for taking the time to read this! This website isn't just about showing off my skills, but about creating a space where we can bring together community resources, share recommendations, and help each other out.
Although I am everything my professional About Me page describes, I am also a human who is stumbling through the world right alongside of you. I will not ever be perfect, nor will I ever pretend to be. Just like you, I have dealt with - and will continue to deal with - loss, anxiety, worries, anger, and all of the other emotions in that colorful emotion wheel (we all need in our lives).
WANNA KNOW WHAT REALLY DRIVES ME? Human Advocacy!
Let's face it: the mental health world can be super confusing to navigate. That's why I try to make myself available, to answer questions and provide a little guidance, where I can. Asking questions is 100% FREE, and no questions are "stupid" or "wrong".
Now, I won't pretend to have all the answers, I can guarantee I don't, but I'm committed to at least attempting to find as many answers as I can by tapping into my knowledge, network, and outside sources. That being said, this is my official shout out to EVERYONE, not just other providers, but YOU (if you're a provider, that is aimed at the other person reading this). I want to hear about ALL of the amazing resources you have found!
I genuinely want to hear from you! If there's something missing on this site that would have made your current or past mental health journey (or the journey of a friend or family member) a little easier, please let me know (even if anonymously, if that makes you more comfortable). Your input is invaluable in my journey to make, even if it's just a small part, the mental health world more accessible and user-friendly. Together, I truly believe we can make a difference!
These pages are ALWAYS under construction, as I am always looking for ways to add to it and improve it! Every question I get I research and add the resources I find to this site! .
Wanna share some of your resources??? I would love to hear about any resources (sites, document, programs, providers, etc.) that helped you (friend, or family member) through your mental health journey!
This can be shared anonymously if you are uncomfortable with sharing your information.
Don's see a resource you are looking for?? Just ask! I love to search for more resources and continue to add to my website!

**Disclaimer - I am not pretending to have all the answers - I can guarantee you I do not. BUT I will try my best by using my knowledge, networks, and resources to assist in any way I can.
