1. TECHNICAL SET UP
a) Use a computer must have a screen that is at least 9.7” diagonal
- *Can be Windows, macOS (Apple), Linux, or Chrome OS (Chromebooks). device (computer or tablet)
b) Must have a working camera and microphone.
c) Must have an external mouse (not just a mouse on the laptop pad). We recommend that the mouse is not wireless (but it is OK if that is all you have)
c) Ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection.
- *We recommend internet speeds of at least 8 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload. You can run a Free internet speed test at https://speed.measurementlab.net/
d) Test your camera, microphone, and speaker beforehand to ensure they are functoning properly.
2. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
a) Choose a quiet, private, and well-lit room for the evaluation.
b) Inform others in your household about your evaluation and request privacy during the session.
c) Use headphones to prevent audio leakage and maintain confidentiality.
3. TEST ENVIRONMENT
a) Minimize distractions in your environment, such as turning off notifications and alerts.
b) Sit in a comfortable chair with good posture to maintain focus and engagement.
4. TIME MANAGEMENT
a) Allocate enough time for the evaluation, as it may take anywhere from 180 to 220 minutes.
b) Avoid scheduling the evaluation during times when you might be rushed or interrupted.
If you have specific questions or concerns about the remote evaluation process, don't hesitate to ask the psychologist beforehand.

Yes: When you add a new payment method, the account will automatically be charged $0.01 and then immediately refunded the amount. You will see these charges on your account as POS DEBIT INTEGRATED PSYCHOLOGICA
Late cancellations, no-shows, and past due balances. IN addition, invoices will be automatically charged on the day of your appointment – unless previously paid.

Yes! You will need to make sure the accounts you want to use are on your portal
(see above Step 1 & 2)
1. Access your Portal
2. Click on INVOICES
3. Select the Correct Invoice
4. Click the green PAY NOW in the top left-hand corner of your invoice.
ON THE NEXT SCREEN: SELECT ENTER PATIAL PAYMENT (See photo below) which is under the blue pay button. Enter in the Payment Amount you would like to pay
ON THE NEXT SCREEN: Choose which account you will be paying from check the amount is correct and click the Pay $XX.XX
SIGN INTO PORTAL
Navigate to Payment Settings:
Mobile Device: in the top right corner click the three horizontal lines. Select
credit card.
Computer: on the left side of the screen click on credit card.
Enter New Credit Card Details: The client will be prompted to input the new
credit card information, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV
code.
Save the New Information: After entering the new details, the client should click
"Save" to update their payment information – It takes 1-2 minutes to authorize the
card. During this time: PLEASE DO NOT REFRESH SCREEN IT WILL
PROCESS THE CARD AND ADD IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
$0.01 AUTO CHARGE TO AUTHORIZE ACCOUNT: Your account will
automatically be charged $0.01 and then immediately refunded the amount. You will see
these charges on your account as POS DEBIT INTEGRATED PSYCHOLOGICA
